Overview:
This interactive course, which is taught by an attorney, covers employment laws that California employers must follow. The course provides attendees with a working knowledge of essential issues that arise in today’s workplace, as well as practical “to do” lists to comply with legal requirements. Attendees will learn topics such as anti-discrimination, meal and rest breaks, questions that cannot be asked in interviews, working “off the clock”, at will employment, leaves of absence, retaliation and more.
